Image Usage and Agreement

We hope that you have enjoyed the images on the Walter Blom website. The use of an image from this website is permissible if you are using it for your own promotional use or for media purposes provided that written credit is given for the image to the copyright holder and the product was purchased from Walter Blom Plants or one of our breeders. To use an image, please note the following:

• Downloaded images must be published with the proper credit which is: Photo: Walter Blom Plants | © all rights reserved
• Downloading an image grants a limited, non-exclusive license to use an image, but does not grant ownership or proprietary rights in the image.
• Downloaded images may not be transferred, given, sold, loaned, or sublicensed to any other party or person.
• If an image is used on a website, its use must be restricted, meaning that it not be posted in a downloadable format.
• An image may not be utilized in a manner which would reflect unfavorably on Walter Blom Plants. Walter Blom Plants may request the removal of an image at any time.
• In accordance with the provisions of the Auteurswet (Copyright Act), Walter Blom Plants retains full copyright on the supplied photos at all times. Copyright includes the exclusive right to reproduce, distribute, publish and edit the photos. Use of the photos is only permitted for the purposes described in this agreement. All other forms of use are prohibited without the express, prior written permission of Walter Blom Plants BV, as also laid down in Article 1 and Article 13 of the Copyright Act.”
