Delphinium elatum Highlander Flamenco

compact stems are filled with fully double frilly flowers of a mulberry rose colour

Description

Delphinium (Perennial Larkspur)

Family : Ranunculaceae

As the Queens of the perennial border, these stately plants prefer moist humus rich soil. While taller types need some support, the Highlander and Pixie Rocket® series remain compact and self supporting.

Plant in full sun,  while protecting the base of the plants from excessive heat. Excellent as a cut flower many varieties will re-bloom if cut back directly after the first flower has finished.
