These flowering members of the cabbage family make densely branched plants with green to grey green foliage that flower from spring into early summer. They are characterised by the flowers that show a remarkable ability to change colour as they age but also depending on the temperature and weather conditions giving a Jacob’s Coat effect of many colours.
